Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders) or once the order is verified (for cash on delivery).

Couriers will make two delivery attempts. If the delivery fails, the order may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.
