  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders).


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • In case of our error, return shipping will be covered by DarulKanz.com.
